Sample Grant Process Documents

For your convenience and reference, below are samples of every step of our grants process. These documents are reflective of the 2021 grants process, and may be slightly adjusted in future years; updated versions will be replaced here as often as possible.

All grant requests must still be submitted via our online grants portal; a listing of the questions you can expect to answer is included here only to make the preparation process easier for you. Editable documents (in Word version) are provided in case you prefer to work offline, track character counts in Word, and/or share responses with team members prior to submission.

On all forms, character count has been increased to the maximum allowable by our system (10,000). This does NOT mean that we want 10,000-character responses! Just extending the space available so you don’t have to edit down after preparing your answer. In most instances, a few sentences is just fine - up to 2 paragraphs if you think it best.
